So I was translating the dialogs file when I stumbled upon the mage who wants to cast a spell on you dialog.
The magic speech part seemed to me like it had the symptoms of a ciphered text. To confirm this I went on to see if the magic speech text was different in polish:

d1163 = "Oc repus wóso?w rolok ynni zsam zaret do yram yrazc!"
d1164 = "Einm od y?elan azsud ajowt!"
d1165 = "Oc repus wóso?w rolok ynni zsam zaret do yram yrazc!"

compared to the english magic speech:

d1163 = "Huh tearg roloc riah tenrffid evah uoy won sukop sukoh!"
d1164 = "Em ot sgnoleb luos ruoy!"
d1165 = "Huh tearg roloc riah tenrffid evah uoy won sukop sukoh!"

Now no doubt can persist in my mind, the magic speech isn't a language of it's own; it was translated to keep the meaning intact so that players can discover what it means.

Now basing on the english letter usage frequency, I try something:

d1163 = "Huh tearg roloc riah tenrffid evah uoy won sukop sukoh!"
d1163 = "Hth _oarg relec riah _onrffid ovah tey wen stkep sukeh!"

d1164 = "Em ot sgnoleb luos ruoy!"
d1164 = "_m e_ sgnel_b ltes rtey!"

I'm just placing them like that as wild guess, but now something troubles me, two letter words, I use a dictionary containing only two letter words:

AM
AN
AS
AT
BE
BY
DO
GO
HE
HI
HM
HO
IF
IN
IS
IT
ME
MY
OF
OH
ON
OR
TO
UP
WE
YE

These words were chosen because of the high chance that they are used in this case, either it is because of the medieval theme or because they are of common use. I proceed to eliminate some of them use the letter frequency and some bit of logic.

The sentence cannot start with We or Ye as there are too many Es for it to make sense, there are also too many Os for them to be the second word.

AM
AN
AS
AT
BE
BY
DO
GO
HE
HI
HO
IF
IN
IS
IT
ME
MY
OF
OH
ON
OR
TO
UP

I have not finished yet, I'm taking a pause ~~~~

then give me a hint or the answer if it isn't complicated. (well it isn't, it's just long)
This is the only method I know for breaking a simple substitution cipher.

I see, so it isn't a cipher at all. Thanks. I feel so stupid for going so far.

Edit: ahah so that's why he needs someone who isn't bald!
