Source code is now available to anyone interested on github https://github.com/Tomash667/carpg

Everything is ready to compile for Visual Studio 2013. There is no game data included.

If someone want help creating this game then I invite ::)

I predict that someone will take the opportunity to mod the game or make his/her own based on the source code eh. BTW I've not forgotten about carpg, I've spotted a few bugs with paradox edge and when I have time I'll make a post about those.
