Crash after entering location

Ok i got a quest from a guard captain in the starting town to kill some guy for 1500 gold.
the town he was in was on the other side of the map. Traveled there and got a random encounter of three Orcs. I killed them and continued to the town. As i got there the game crashed and this message showed up:

Code: 0xc000005
Text: Access violation
Flags: 0

Yes it working

Looks like it's crashing when one team member have item that other team member want to get in trade from them. I'll try to fix it shortly.

Ah i gave him a shield i looted from one of the orc
