Alright, so some of you might have been in this situation where the host cannot click the items in his/her inventory.
This means:

-> Can't drink/eat potions/food/alcohol
-> Can't sell or buy items/weapons/etc
-> Can't select another armour or weapon
-> Can't take items found on enemies or in chests except by clicking the "take all" button
-> Can't drop items
-> etc.

To bypass the bug, first save, then quit carpg and rehost. You will be able to click stuff in your inventory again. However, this solution is temporary as the bug can come back anytime.
